If you are above the upper age limit, you can claim relaxation, which is 3 years for OBC-NCL and 5 years for SC and ST. If you belong to the PwBD category, you can claim additional age relaxation of 10 years.

Selection Process
The selection process for the recruitment of Management Trainees under Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited consists of two stages, which are the Online Test and Personal Interview. They will prepare the final selection list based on your performance in the first and second stages with a weightage of 80:20.
Exam Date & Pattern
Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited may conduct the online test for the recruitment of Management Trainees in late 2026. They will ask a total of 150 objective-type questions from two different sections, whose details are available in the table below.

Each question in this examination is set to be 1 mark without any negative marking provision. To cover all questions, you will get a time duration of 2 hours. Notably, the medium is set to be English and Hindi.
Pay Scale
If you are appointed as MT under the RCFL, you will get a salary of ₹60,000 per month for the first year. After that, your salary will be as per E1 Grade, whose basic pay starts from ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000. After the one-year training period, you will get ₹40,000 and the additional benefits include Variable Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Perks & Allowances, and others.
