The SSC successfully conducted the Constable (GD) in the CAPFs, SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in the Narcotics Control Bureau Examination between April and May 2026 for the candidates who applied against a total number of 25,487 vacancies.
If you have participated in the examination, note that the commission will announce the result in late June 2026 as a merit list. It will carry the roll number of qualified candidates; to check your qualifying status, you have to download it and search your roll number on it.

How to check the SSC GD result 2026?
To check the result for the examination, you have to go through the step-by-step instructions available below after their release.
- Go to the official website of the Staff Selection Commission.
- Click on the Result option.
- Tap on the ‘GD’ tab.
- Hit the ‘Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination, 2026’ option.
- Click on the Result button.
- Open the PDF.
- Search your roll number.
If your roll number is present, it means you have passed the examination.
SSC GD Cut-off Marks 2026
To pass the computer-based examination, it is mandatory that you score to meet or exceed the cut-off marks. The Staff Selection Commission will also release the results; it will be available on the portal with the file name of Write-up.

What after the SSC GD Result 2026?
After the result release for the CBE, qualified candidates will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). After the successful conduct of PET and PST, the Staff Selection Commission will conduct the Detailed Medical Examination (DME) and Document Verification (DV) for qualified candidates, which will be followed by appointment and training.
