The cut-off date to calculate the age is August 11, 2026. Notably, the upper age relaxation is applicable for 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, 13 years, and 15 years for OBC-NCL, SC and ST, UR (PWBD), OBC-NCL (PWBD), and SC and ST (PWBD), respectively. Selection Process
The selection process for recruitment of executive trainees under the National Mineral Development Corporation Steel Limited consists of three stages, which are as follows:

- Group Discussion
