The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board conducted the RSSB Lab Assistant Combined Direct Recruitment Examination (Prayogshala Sahayak Sanyukt Seedhi Bharti Pariksha) 2026 in offline mode on 9 and 10 May 2026 across the state at various centres for aspirants who applied for this recruitment drive, and now they are waiting for the results.
Against a total number of 804 vacancies, a total number of 934,735 candidates have participated in the examination, meaning for each position, there are 1,162 candidates. The RSSB conducted the examination in offline mode using the OMR sheet; they will soon complete their evaluation process, and the result release will take place online.
Reports suggest the RSSB, Jaipur, may announce the result for the examination in June 2026. Note that it will be available for a merit list, which will carry the roll number of candidates. Two merit lists are set to be public, one for science and another for geography; only those whose scores meet or exceed the cut-off marks will pass the examination.

To check the result for the recruitment examination, please go through the step-by-step instructions available below.
- Go to the official website of the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board at https://rssb.rajasthan.gov.in/.
- Click on the ‘View All’ option under the section of Latest News.
- Tap on ‘Lab Assistant (Science/Geography) 2026: Result of Qualified Candidates for Document Verification’ to download the merit list of qualified candidates.
- Open the result PDF and search your roll number to check that you have passed the examination.
Shortly after the RSSB Lab Assistant (Prayogshala Sahayak) Result 2026, a direct link to check the same will be activated inside a table for your convenience, so you can check your qualifying status with ease.
Cut-off Marks
The cut-off mark is the minimum requirement to be declared successful in the RSSB Lab Assistant Combined Direct Recruitment Examination 2026. Note that they aren’t pre-decided; the board will determine them and release them with the result. Notably, it will be available on the last page of the merit list for all categories. It is going to be different from one another for each position and category.

Note that individuals who will be shortlisted on the merit list will be called for the second stage of the selection process, which is document verification. The DV will take place within four to six days after the result release, and the appointment process will happen.
