The Railway Recruitment Board conducted the computer-based test (CBT) across the country to recruit individuals for Group D positions under the Indian Railways between November 2025 and February 2026. In order to check the RRB Group D Examination 2026 result, you have to go through the instructions available below once it is made public officially.
- Go to the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board of your region.
- On the home page, you will see an option that reads ‘Recruitment of Group D Positions – 2026′; tap on it and get redirected to the next page.
- Find and click on the option of ‘List of Candidates Eligible for the Physical Efficiency Test’ to download the merit list of qualified candidates.
- Open the result PDF and search your roll number to check that you have passed the examination.

What is after the RRB Group D result 2026?
After the announcement of results for the RRB group D examination, qualified candidates will be called for the second stage of the selection process, the Physical Efficiency Test. As the result is expected to be released in early July 2026, it is anticipated that the second stage may take place in July or August.
The physical efficiency test includes two events, which are weightlifting and running tests. A male candidate will have to carry a weight of 35 kg and cover a distance of 100 metres within 2 minutes; female candidates are required to carry only 20 kg. Male candidates are required to complete a run of 1 km in 4 minutes 15 seconds, and female candidates get a time of 5 minutes 40 seconds.
