Candidates applied between 17 January 2026 and 31 January 2026 for the MPESB ITI Training Officer (TO) Recruitment Test 2026 and took part in the same between 27 February 2026 and 17 March 2026. The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board conducted this examination using a computer-based test. Against a total of 1,129 vacancies, a large number of candidates have participated, and now they are eagerly waiting for the result announcement.
Following the successful conduction of this examination, the provisional answer key was made public on the MPESB’s official website on March 18, 2026. Reportedly, the board is now preparing for the result release. They haven’t confirmed any date for the same, but there’s a high speculation that they may announce the result in early June 2026. Notably, it is set to be made public as a scorecard under the candidate’s login and merit list in the PDF format.
The scorecard will be accessible with the login credentials that include application number, date of birth, the first two letters of your mother’s name and the last four digits of your Aadhaar number; it will show the score and other details. On the other hand, to download the merit list PDF, you won’t have to provide any login details; you can download it with just a single click. It will carry qualified candidates’ roll numbers, names and other details.
Note that you will be declared successful in this recruitment test only if your score meets or exceeds the cut-off marks that will be made public with the result. The cut-off marks are set to be different from one another for each category for different positions; the MPESB will release them in a separate PDF alongside the results. - Then, click on the ‘Dashboard’ option.
- After that, scroll down to jump to the ‘Department of Technical Education, Skill Development & Employment (ITI Training Officer)’ Recruitment Test – 2026
- Now, find and click on the option of ‘Click Here’ under the ‘Result Download’ section.
- Lastly, enter your application number, date of birth, first 2 letters of your mother’s name + last 4 digits of Aadhar number, and click on the search button.
After going through the instructions available above, you will successfully have checked if you passed the CBT examination or not. If you pass the first stage of the selection process, you can participate in the last two stages, which include document verification, police character verification and medical fitness.
And, then MPESB will prepare the final selection list based on candidates’ performance in the computer-based test examination, and the allotment of the Government ITI centre will take place, and it will be followed by the receiving of an appointment letter for joining.
