MOIL Result 2026: PDF Merit List and Cut-off Marks Released Soon

The computer-based test examination for the position of graduate trainees, management trainees, and managers (survey) on 3rd April 2026 is against a total number of 67 positions, in which a huge number of candidates have participated in the examination, and now they are all set to announce the result.

It was conducted by Manganese Ore India Limited, and they started the response sheet evaluation shortly after the completion of the examination. There is a high speculation that they will complete the process by the last week of May 2026, and then the result will be made public on the official website.

MOIL will release the results as merit lists as PDFs, which will carry the roll numbers of qualified candidates. Note that for each position, there will be a separate merit list. You will find your roll number on this document only if your score in the CBT examination meets or exceeds the cut-off marks.

If you are unaware of the term ‘cut-off marks’, note that it is a minimum requirement to be declared successful in the first stage of the selection process. The MOIL will release it with the result; it is going to be different from one another for each position.

The cut-off marks are set to be available on the last page of the merit list. For reference, we have shared an expected cut-off marks table below for each position, which is prepared by analysing different factors.

Notably, the personal interview will take place in face-to-face mode with a time duration of 30 minutes. After the last two stages, they will prepare the final selection list based on the candidates’ performance in the CBT examination and personal interview, with a weightage of 85:15.

After the appointment, there will be 1 year of on-the-job training, and then the shortlisted candidates will be required to take certain positions, and they will have to fulfil their duties.
