The Indian Oil Corporation Limited released the notification on August 14, 2026 for recruitment of Grade E0, Grade A0, and Grade A against a total number of 470 vacancies and invited candidates to apply, out of total positions, 411 are for Grade A, 9 for Grade A0, and 50 for Grade E0.

The cut-off date to calculate the age is July 1, 2026, and age relaxation is applicable for 3 years for OBC-NCL and 5 years for SC and ST. The minimum requirement in qualifying degree is 60% score as aggregate, the same for SC, ST and PwBD is 55%.

Selection Process
It consists of three stages, which are Computer-Based Test, Group Discussion & Group Task, and Personal Interview. Each stage is scoring with a weightage of 85:5:10. The CBT is all set to take place on September 24, 2026, admit card for which will be available for download September 15, 2026 on the IOCL’s official website.
Exam Pattern
There will be 100 multiple-choice questions of each 1 mark from four different subjects.

Negative marking of ¼ mark is applicable for incorrect response, and time duration to touch all MCQs is set to be 2.5 hours.

The gross monthly salary includes basic pay, dearness allowance, and other benefits. The in-hand candidate will get the amount after the deduction of pension and taxes from the gross figure.
