Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
- Junior Manager (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Junior Manager (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Junior Manager (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Junior Manager (Information Technology): Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Technology.
- Junior Manager (Instrumentation): Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.
The duration of the course must be 3 years; you must have completed it from an AICTE-recognized institution. Your score in the final year examination should be at least 60% as aggregate, if you belong to SC or ST category, you need only 50%.
Age Limit
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 38 years
The cut-off date to calculate the age is January 1, 2026, the upper age relaxation is 5 years for SC and ST, and 3 years for OBC and MOBC. There is additional age relaxation for 10 years for PwBD. If you are above the age of 38 years and belong to any reserved category, you may claim relaxation.

Selection Process
