UPESSC Assistant Professor Eligibility Criteria 2026
In order to apply for the UPESSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2026, you are required to meet the educational qualifications and age limit that we have shared below.
- Educational Qualification: You have pursued a master’s degree with at least a 55% score in any respective subject from a university recognized by the University Grant Commission, and you have qualified for the UGC NET or CSIR-UGC NET in the relevant subject held by the NTA, or have completed a PhD in accordance with the UGC Regulations, 2009 or 2016.
- Age Limit: You shouldn’t be below 21 years and above 40 years. The age relaxation can be claimed by the reserved category candidates, which is 3 years for OBC-NCL and 5 years for SC and ST. If you belong to the PWBD category, you should know that you can claim an additional 10 years of relaxation.
