The application form for the UPSSSC Cane Supervisor recruitment 2026 is all set to be available online from July 7, 2026, and the candidates will have time until 28th of the month to apply for the same. If any candidate made a mistake in his or her application form, then he or she can make corrections on or before August 4, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to apply for this recruitment drive, you must have passed the UPSSSC Preliminary Eligibility Test 2025, pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Science (B.Sc. Agriculture) from a university UGC-recognized university, and have obtained CCC (Course On Computer Concept) Certificate from NIELIT or DOEACC.
Additionally, your age shouldn’t be below 19 years and above 40 years as of July 1, 2026. If you are above the upper age limit, you can claim age relaxation for 5 years for Other Backward Class, Schedule Caste, and Schedule Tribes. Additionally, age relaxation of 10 years is applicable for Physical Handicapped.

Selection Process
The selection process for this recruitment of Cane Supervisor (Ganna Paryavekshak) consists of a single stage, that is, a written examination. The UPSSSC will prepare the final selection list for appointment based on the score in only stage. If you pass the written examination, you have to participate in document verification, and then you will get your appointment letter.
Written Examination Date & Pattern
The commission will announce the date for the written examination after accepting applications from the eligible and interested candidates. Reportedly, they will conduct the only selection process in the last quarter of 2026. Details regarding the pattern of the same are already made public with the release of notification; they will conduct it in offline mode using the OMR sheet with a time duration of 2 hours.
In the written examination, you have to answer the 100 objective-type questions from the three different subjects. 65 questions from Agriculture Science, 15 from Computer and Information Technology, and 20 from Uttar Pradesh General Information. Each question has a weightage of 1 mark and in case of negative marking, 0.25 marks is set to be deducted. The examination medium is set to be English and Hindi.
