Eligibility Requirements
To apply for any of the above-mentioned positions, you are required to meet the educational qualification and age limit, which are shared below.
Educational Qualification:
- Junior Commercial Executive: B.Sc. Agriculture with at least 50% marks
- Junior Assistant (General): B.Sc. Agriculture with at least 50% marks
- Junior Assistant (Accounts): B.Com with at least 50% marks
- Management Trainee (Marketing): MBA or PGDM in Agribusiness Management or Marketing.
- Management Trainee (Accounts): Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
- Assistant Manager (IT): B.E., B.Tech., MCA, or M.Sc. in IT or Computer Science.
- Assistant Manager (Official Language): Postgraduation in Hindi with English and one-year relevant work experience.
If you belong to SC, ST, or PwBD and are interested in applying for any of the first three positions, you need only a 45% score in a qualifying degree.
Age Limit:
- Assistant Manager: 18 to 32 years
- Others: 18 to 30 Years
If you are above the upper age limit, you can claim the relaxation for 3 years and 5 years. It belongs to OBC-NCL and SC or ST, respectively. There’s an additional age relaxation for 10 years for PwBD.
Fee Payment
To apply for any position, you have to pay ₹1,500, which includes a ₹1,000 application fee and a ₹500 intimation charge. If you belong to SC, ST, PwBD, or Ex-SM, you are exempted from the application fee payment, meaning you only have to deposit a ₹500 intimation charge. To make this payment, you can use a debit card, credit card, NET, or UPI.
Selection Stages
The selection process for this recruitment consists of three stages: a computer-based test, document verification, and a medical examination. After applying, they will call you for the first stage of the selection process, and then you have to participate in the second and third stages. They will prepare a final selection list after all the stages, based on the score in the first stage, the CBT examination.
