OTET 2026 Passing Criteria
To pass the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test 2026, you need to secure a 60% score, 60 marks out of 150. If you belong to socially and economically backward classes, scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, or the physically handicapped category, then you need only 50% scores, 75 marks out of 150.
Note that if you failed to meet the minimum passing requirement even by 1 mark, you will fail the examination. The board will award you a Teacher Eligibility Test certificate for Paper 1 or 2 only if you meet the passing criteria for the category you belong to. If you fail in the examination, you have the only option to reappear in it next year.
