The Bar Council of India conducted the All India Bar Examination 2026 on June 7, 2026, in 56 cities using the OMR sheet. In this examination, candidates who have pursued law degrees have participated in this examination in order to be awarded a CoP, and now they are eagerly waiting for the announcement of the result.
If you are one among those candidates who have participated in this examination, then you must know that the council is expected to complete the answer sheet evaluation process by the second week of July 2026, and then they will announce the results. The most expected date for the AIBE XXI result release is late July 2026.
To pass the All India Bar Examination 21, you are required to get the minimum passing mark set by the Bar Council of India, which is 45% for UR and OBC and 40% for SC, ST, and PWD category candidates. If you fall short by even one mark, you will be declared unsuccessful in this examination.
If you pass this examination, you will be awarded a permanent certificate of practice (CoP), and then you can practice as an advocate in any court of India, whether it is civil, family, high, or Supreme. Notably, they will announce the result as a scorecard on which you will find the following details.

- Father’s / Husband’s Name
- Category (UR/OBC/SC/ST)
- Photograph
- Signature
- Exam Edition (e.g., AIBE 21)
- Roll Number
- Registration Number
- State Bar Council Enrollment Number
- Marks Obtained
- Qualifying Status (PASS or FAIL)
The BCI will announce the result for AIBE 21 at https://allindiabarexamination.com/ as a scorecard, to access which you have to provide your login ID and password. We recommend you be handy with the login credentials so you can check your result shortly after the release.
Once the Bar Council has announced the result for the All India Bar Examination 2026, you can check it by going through the steps that we have shared below.
- Visit the All India Bar Examination’s official website.
- Click on the options related to the AIBE 21 result.
- Enter your login ID and password.
- Fill in the CAPTCHA shown on the webpage.
- Click on the submit button.

After the AIBE 2026 result, if you are not satisfied with the score you have obtained in the examination, you can apply for the rechecking of the OMR sheet. Note that the BCI will make available the window for rechecking on their official website within 2-3 days after the result.
It is highly expected that the window to apply for the rechecking of answer sheets will be available for 10 days; to apply for it, you have to deposit the non-refundable fee of 500 rupees using one of the provided payment gateways. Applying for rechecking doesn’t mean that your score will increase.
After applying for the answer sheet revaluation, the council rechecks your answer sheet and then announces the result on ABIE’s official website.
After that, you can check if there is any change in your score. Your score will increase only if there are any evaluation errors. We recommend you apply for it only if you believe you have achieved what you should.
