The MU, Bodhgaya, conducted the 2nd semester examination for Bachelor’s of Science, Commerce, and Arts for academic session 2025-29 in offline mode in May 2026. In this examination, thousands of students pursuing UG degrees under the CBCS scheme from the affiliated and constituent colleges of the university have participated, and now they are waiting for the result release.
Note that the university will announce the result for the Magadh University 2nd semester examination 2025-29 as a marksheet on its official website, https://magadhonline.com/, and then you can check it with your roll number and registration number. We recommend you be handy with these credentials so you can check your result shortly after its release.
You will pass this examination only if you are able to get minimum passing marks in each subject, which is 40%. For a 100-mark paper, in the internal assessment, you need 12 out of 30 marks and 28 out of 40 marks. Note if you failed to meet the passing criteria even in one or two subjects, you have to sit in the 3rd semester examination also for these two papers or the 2nd semester.
If you won’t be able to get the minimum passing marks in more than 2 subjects, they won’t promote you in the 3rd semester, and you have to repeat the semester/year. Note that Magadh University, Bodhgaya, doesn’t conduct any supply management examinations and doesn’t provide the option of answer sheet evaluation or rechecking.
As of now, they haven’t confirmed any date for the result release. Many reports suggest that they have already completed the answer sheet evaluation process, and now they are going to release the result in late June 2026. After the result release for the Magadh University 2nd Semester (CBCS) Examination 2025-29, you can check it by going through the step-by-step instructions.
- Go to the official website of the MU, Bodhgaya, magadhonline.com.
- Click on the ‘UG 2025-29’ tab.
- Select the ‘Download Result Sem-II (सेमेस्टर-II का परिणाम डाउनलोड करें)’ option.
- Fill in your registration number and roll number, and then enter the CAPTCHA code, shown on the webpage.
- Lastly, click on the Submit button.
After going through the guide given above, your marksheet for the Magadh University 2nd semester examination (2025-29) will be before you. Notably, the online result isn’t your original marksheet. Once the university has made it public on the web portal, they will send the physical copy of the marksheet to all colleges, and then its distribution will begin.
Note that the colleges get a marksheet from the university within two months after the online result, and they will start its distribution shortly. If the MU, Bodhgaya, announces the result by late June 2026, you can expect to get your marksheet by August 2026. It will carry the same details; you will get to see your result made public online.
