How to check the AIIMS BSc nursing result 2026?
In order to check the AIIMS BSc (Hons) Nursing Examination 2026 result, go through the step-by-step instructions.
- Go to the official website of the AIIMS Exams at aiimsexams.ac.in.
- Click on the Academic Courses tab.
- Select the B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing course and click the Proceed button.
- Navigate to the section of Important Announcements.
- Hit the option titled ‘Result of the AIIMS B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing Entrance Examination-2026′.
- Open the result file and search for your roll number to check if you have qualified for the counselling.

AIIMS BSc Nursing Minimum Passing Marks 2026
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, has announced the minimum passing marks for the AIIMS BSc (Hons) Nursing Entrance Examination 2026; to pass it, you need at least a 50% score. If you fall short, you won’t be shortlisted on merit, and you can participate in counselling.
For the Other Backward Class (Non-Creamy Layer), the minimum passing marks are 45%, and the same for Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribes is only 40%. For the person with the benchmark disability category candidates, the minimum passing mark is required as per the main category.
What happens after the AIIMS BSc Nursing Result 2026 release?
After the release of the AIIMS BSc (Hons) Nursing Entrance Examination 2026 result, AIIMS New Delhi will conduct the counselling process. The admission process is expected to start shortly after the result, so we are expecting that they start the registration process in mid-July 2026.
To register for counselling, you won’t have to pay any fee. Just after completing the registration, you have to log in and participate in the choice filling, which includes choosing the institution in preference. A few days after the deadline of choice filling, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, will allocate seats to you based on your rank.
If you get the first preference, you have to exercise the option of accepting and freezing to download the allotment letter in order to carry it to the allotted institution with other required documents for admission confirmation. If the allotted seat is other than the first choice, you have to exercise the option of ‘accept and upgrade’, meaning you are accepting the seat but looking for betterment in the next round.
