What happens after the TG EAPCET 2026 result?
The TG EAPCET was previously known as the TS EAMCET (Telangana State Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test). Candidates who have participated in the 2026 examination should know that the result will be followed by the counselling.
The Telangana Council of Higher Education is an organisation that is responsible for conducting the counselling. Note that the TCHE will conduct it separately for engineering and agriculture & pharmacy. The process will start a few days after the result.
The process starts with the registration that includes filing basic details and processing fee; after that, a slot booking window is made available during which registered candidates will have to select a date, time and Help Line Centre for document verification.
Once the DV process is completed, an online window will be available for choice filling; you have to take part in it by choosing a college and course in preference, and a few days after that, the TCHE will release the seat allotment result allotting a college to students.
Once it is made public, you have to log in and check if you are allotted any seat to get admission. If yes, then you have to pay the tuition fee to confirm admission; this is what they call ‘online reporting’.
Note that the counselling process is usually held in three phases. If you aren’t satisfied with the allotted seat in the first/second phase, you can take part in the second/third, but for this you have to choose the option of slide by logging in to the web portal.
The Telangana Council of Higher Education may conduct the TG EAPCET 2026 counselling process between June 2026 and July 2026. To stay updated, ensure you bookmark this webpage and keep visiting.
