In the second stage of the selection process, there are a total of six compulsory and two option papers. Out of six, the first two are descriptive, and the last four are objective. Notably, the two option papers are also descriptive. Each paper is set to carry the weight of 200 marks, and for each, you will get a time duration of 3 hours.
Note that the commission will conduct the main examination in a pattern of one paper a day, meaning the examination will last for eight days except holidays. Appearing in the six compulsory papers is mandatory; if you miss any of them, you will fail the examination.
The examination medium is set to be English and Bengali, except for the language paper. For the paper with multiple-choice questions, negative marking of ⅓ is applicable, meaning that for each incorrect response, they will deduct 0.33 marks from the secured score.
