To pass the DAVV examination for undergraduate and postgraduate courses, you need at least a 35% and 40% score, respectively. It is mandatory that you get the minimum requirement separately in the internal assessment and theory examination. If you are unable to meet the passing criteria even for either of the components, you will fail.
If you fail in two or three subjects, you may be promoted to next year or semester, but you have to participate in the supplementary examination for the subject in which you failed to meet the passing criteria. If you fail more than a limited number of subjects for supply, you have to repeat the whole year/semester.
After the result, if you believe that you may have been affected by checking errors, you can apply for revaluation of the answer sheet. The window for this will be available on the official website of the DAVV for only a few days, and during that timeline, you can apply for the revaluation by paying the required amount.
